Josh Daniel is a UK-based music executive and entrepreneur working at the intersection of artist development, record labels and commercial strategy.

Josh is Co-Founder and Head of Interval Records, a joint venture record label between EMI North (Universal Music UK) and Generator, established to create major-label pathways for artists developing outside London through major-label infrastructure and partnerships. In addition, he is Chief Commercial Officer at Generator, one of the UK's leading talent development organisations, where he oversees commercial strategy, senior music industry relations and growth.

Prior to moving into executive leadership, he began his career as an independent artist, selling over 100,000 records and generating over 1 Billion views, performing on national stages including MOBO. He later transitioned into songwriting, contributing to chart-topping major label releases and screen projects for global streaming platforms including Netflix.

Recognised by the Black Cultural Archives as a '40 Under 40 Future Black Leader', Josh is also a board member of the BPI's Equity and Justice Advisory Group.
