Marcie Stefan is a senior marketing, communications, and public relations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading integrated communications across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America.
She is the Founder and Principal of Stefan Communications Group, where she advises organizations and senior leaders on strategic communications, media relations, and brand reputation. Among her clients are Warner Music Spain, FONO, WK Records, and ONErpm. She has also led media relations strategies for global stars including Pablo Alborán, Lasso, Kiko el Crazy, and Luis Figueroa, as well as rising talent such as Camila Fernández, nic, Adrian Cota, Leo Rizzi, PJ Sin Suela, and Alejo, among many others across genres.
Prior to launching her firm, Stefan held leadership roles at Warner Music Group and Warner Music Latina, where she directed regional marketing and communications initiatives across the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America. During her tenure, she contributed to the launch and career development of internationally recognized artists including Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Muse, Lenny Kravitz, David Guetta, and Michael Bublé, while also working with leading Latin artists such as Maná, Jesse & Joy, Miguel Bosé, Laura Pausini, Tommy Torres, and Sofía Reyes, among others. She also led brand partnership initiatives connecting artists, labels, and global brands to create innovative marketing collaborations.
She later joined Artist Solutions as an associate publicist before founding Stefan Communications Group.
Stefan began her career at Angelo Medina Enterprises, where she had the opportunity to work with
Ricky Martin—and proudly admits she got emotional watching his Super Bowl halftime appearance during
Bad Bunny’s performance. Her passion for storytelling, strategic thinking, and relationship building continues to drive creative communications solutions that deliver results for her clients.
