Charlene Bryant is one of the leading women's voices in the music industry. With vast experience and a track record of success spanning across Country, Hip-Hop and Christian music in major label roles at Capitol Christian Music Group, RCA Inspiration, and UMG Nashville, and in launching her own management company, Riveter Management, Bryant has a full understanding of both the artists' needs and the industry's ever-changing landscape.
Bryant spearheaded the Business Development & Strategy team for UMG Nashville and its roster of over 40 artists. She also led the newly created Silver Wings Records, a distribution and independent artist services arm of UMG Nashville, Mosley Music, a joint venture partnership with the legendary producer Timbaland and finally, Capitol Comedy with superstar comedian Nate Bargatze. Currently, she is focused on building out and growing the roster of her management company, Riveter Management Inc.
The Canton, Ohio native and Belmont University graduate has been named one of Billboard's Hip-Hop and R&B Power Players in 2020 and in 2021. Also a leader in the community, Bryant was part of CMT and theory's inaugural Equal Access Development Program, and she was recognized with Nashville Business Journal's Women in Music City Award in 2018 and in 2019.
She is a member of the CMA and ACM as well as on the Belmont University Mike Curb College of Entertainment & Music Business Advisory Board and the Entertainment Advisory Board for the Nashville Wine Auction, a charity solely focused on raising funds to support the fight against cancer.
