Andy Serrao joined Fearless Records in January 2018 as Vice President of A&R. Prior to that, he spent more than 15 years as a concert and festival promoter and worked in A&R at Roadrunner/Atlantic Records. By the end of 2018, he was promoted to President of Fearless, where he played a key role in shaping the vision of the alternative and rock label—working closely with the team to discover, develop, and grow artist careers.

During his tenure, Serrao and the Fearless team have helped take artists like Ice Nine Kills, I Prevail, Pierce the Veil, and The Pretty Reckless from small club shows to arena and stadium tours, all while landing chart-topping releases and building a strong presence at rock and alternative radio.

In January 2026, Serrao stepped into the role of Chief Creative Officer at Concord Label Group. He also co-produces the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas.
